Hezron is a ICT Professional. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information and Communication Technology. Hezron supports the implementation of IT policy and Communications strategy. His experience cuts across technical technical user support, network administration, administration of EPN training platform, management of website and social media as well as preparation and dissemination of newsletters and publications. Hezron passionate about utilization technology to create solutions and improve services.
