The Secretariat of Ecumenical Pharmaceutical Network (“EPN”) owns and operates www.epnetwork.org hereinafter referred to as (“Site”). By visiting and/or using this Site, users agree to the Terms of Use (“Terms of Use” or “Agreement”), as it is amended from time to time. This Agreement contains conditions of use, disclaimers, and other provisions, some of which limit EPN’s liability to users. Persons who do not agree to these Terms of Use or cannot form a legally binding contract, are not permitted to use this Site.
Users of the Site are responsible for any submissions made on this Site. Submission of unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or offensive material is prohibited. Users agree that they will not submit anything to the Site that will or may violate any rights of a third party, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, and/or privacy rights. Users agree that they shall not place false or misleading information on this Site or upload any viruses, Trojans, worms, time bombs, or other computer programs that may interfere with the proper operation of this Site

Permission must be obtained in advance in writing from EPN to establish a link to the EPN website. The link must include the EPN website address www.epnetwork.org, and the name to be used in the link is “Ecumenical Pharmaceutical Network”. Use of the EPN logo is prohibited without the express prior written consent of EPN. A link to the EPN website shall only be permitted where it is deemed by EPN to be in its best interest do so. EPN expressly prohibits links that involve unauthorized use of the EPN logo and Hyperlinks or a form of link that disguises the URL and bypasses the homepage.
Our website has forms you can use to subscribe to our online newsletters, Netlink and E-Pharmalink. This form will also collect your name, email, phone number, organization name and country and will store your email address through MailChimp email service that is an external Site. We only use your email to send you our newsletters and to measure statistics. The purpose of statistics is to measure our communication efforts and to help create content that is interesting to you as a subscriber.
You can unsubscribe from receiving these newsletters by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of any EPN Newsletters you receive from us, or by contacting us at info@epnetwork.org.
For Membership and Contact Us forms, we may also collect your physical, postal address as well as organization information. We will treat your personal information with respect. We do not use this information for marketing purposes.
If you have a donation account and you log in to this Site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. EPN does not store this information on our Site. All of your personal information, including credit card number, is encrypted for your security. If you have questions regarding the security of your credit card donation, contact info@epnetwork.org.
At the time of processing your online donation, your credit card information is shared with iVeri Payment Technologies that provides the online payment functionality in our Site, in order to process the payment. We only share what is needed for them to perform the tasks on our behalf. This is solely to enable the transaction processing.
EPN store contact form data for 6 months, and analytics data for one year. Donation information is retained indefinitely.
When you submit data through our Site, the data is encrypted and secure. Our Site’s backend is also secured with strong passwords and active prevention measures to stop brute force attacks.
If you have submitted a form via this Site, or made a donation via the Site, you can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
EPN may and will modify any of these Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, at any time, for any reason, by making changes to the Terms and/or these postings. Users continued use of this Site, after such modifications, constitutes acceptance of such modifications.
