Diana Ogutu is a registered pharmacist in Kenya, a supply chain and procurement leader with over 8 years of experience in the healthcare and humanitarian sectors. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from Kenyatta University, and Master of Science Degree in Health Economics and Policy from the University of Nairobi. She has previously worked for Mission for Essential Drugs and Supplies (MEDS) in various capacities in the Supply chain, with a key focus on procurement.
At EPN, Diana leads the East African Pooled Procurement Project, and is involved in engagements with regional Drug Supply Organizations, as well as local and international vendors on matters regarding product availability, quality and affordability. She also offers technical support to the minilab project on medicine quality monitoring and reporting, review and development of supply chain tools, and implementation of supply chain projects.
Diana is passionate about access to quality medicines and affordable healthcare services and believes that every patient deserves a chance to quality healthcare.
